Madeline Payne

Madeline Payne is currently a junior at Sam Houston State University working towards her BFA in dance. She began her dance career at Boni’s Dance and Performing Arts Studio where she trained in numerous styles of dance. Madeline has also trained and competed with Koenig Dance Company for 3 years before making the transition to train pre-professionally with Artistic Soul Dance Company under the direction of Jade Whitmire.  Madeline has attended SoulEscape, Rifflette, and the Elite Training Program with Kim McSwain which allowed her to learn from a variety of different dance educators around the country. Over the years, Madeline has been fortunate enough to learn from choreographers such as Terrill Mitchell, Jess Hendricks, Jason Gorman, Alexa Anderson, Justin Giles, Joshua Manculich, Andrew Noble, Collette Kerwick, and Anthony Morgerato. Recently she performed in The Iris by Lenorris Arnold in Houston, TX. Madeline is currently an apprentice with NobleMotion Dance Company under the direction of Andrew and Dionne Noble. She is grateful for everyone who has contributed to her art form.
